CAN I USE ALL MY POINTS IN ONE TRANSACTION?

Unfortunately, no. You can only redeem points for one reward at a time. For example, you can't combine a $10 reward with 10% reward code, etc.

365 days from the day of the last qualifying purchase.

I MADE A PURCHASE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO SHOW UP?

It takes 10 days after a purchase is made from points to move from pending to active.

HOW COME I DIDN'T GET ANY POINTS FOR MY BIRTHDAY?

Please be advised that there is a 30-day blackout window. This means that if you add in your birthday within 30 days of your actual birth date, points won't be added until next year (to prevent point abuse).

Please email [email protected], for us to check if we are able to void your code. Your code should be voidable if you have not used it yet and once it has been canceled, points will be reallocated back into your account.

I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH YOU, CAN I MERGE ALL OF MY POINTS INTO ONE ACCOUNT?

Please email [email protected], for us to merge your two accounts together. You will just need to provide us with the emails of both accounts and inform us on which one that you would like to use as your primary account.
