PAY PAL HAS CHARGED ME BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?Updated a month ago

If this occurs, usually it is because the checkout window was closed too quickly and your browser failed to launch the "thank you" page after the payment was processed. This leads to our website having recorded your order as an abandoned checkout. So no confirmation email was sent to you.

But don't worry, this is easy to correct. 

Please email [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • The email you have used to pay for your order/ email that is linked to your PayPal
  • The items purchased on this order
  • Proof of transaction that money has been taken from your account

This will help us to expedite the investigation and quickly have your order shipped with confirmation email.
